On November 17, the Calgary Chamber continues its Mental Health Monday series with a session focused on the growing challenges and opportunities in supporting caregivers for an aging population.
This conversation, lead by the Calgary Counselling Centre will explore the mental and emotional demands faced by those caring for older adults and the strategies and resources that can help maintain well-being while providing care. Participants will gain insights into navigating the complex dynamics of caregiving, reducing stress and building resilience for themselves and those they support.
Join us to connect with others who share these experiences, exchange ideas and explore ways to foster a healthier, more supportive environment for caregivers and the aging community.
