About

Emotional intelligence. Psychological safety. Change readiness. Generational differences.

These concepts have become some of the most talked-about topics in leadership today. But beyond the buzzwords, what do they actually mean in practice? Join us on September 16, for Confluence YYC: Leadership, a conversation focused on one of the defining realities facing organizations today: constant change.

From emerging technologies and economic uncertainty to evolving workforce expectations and growing conversations around mental health, change is no longer an occasional challenge, it has become the new norm. Today’s leaders must do more than drive results; they must help their teams adapt, stay engaged and remain resilient through ongoing transformation.

Hear from experienced leaders as they share practical insights on leading through uncertainty, fostering trust, supporting workplace well-being and engaging a multi-generational workforce. You’ll also have the opportunity to connect with fellow business leaders, exchange experiences and gain fresh perspectives on the leadership skills shaping the future of work.

If you’re responsible for leading people, shaping culture or preparing your organization for what’s next, this event is for you.
